CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund amount will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return only in the following cases:

- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Manufacturing defect found in the product.
- Product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our customer support team with:

- Order Number
- Photographs of the product
- Parcel opening video
- Description of the issue

Parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage, missing product or wrong product claims.

Returns requested after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests may be approved depending upon product availability and after verification by our support team.

Products being returned or exchanged must be:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact

Any product failing quality inspection after receipt may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Reverse Pickup Policy

Reverse pickup facility may be arranged depending upon the customer's location and courier service availability.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the parcel through any reputed courier service.

Shipping charges incurred for approved return and exchange requests will be borne by Sudarshana Saree and Fashion.

Claims raised without parcel opening video may not be eligible for approval.

Delivery Related Issues

In case of delivery delays, lost shipments or courier related issues, our customer support team will assist customers in coordinating with the courier partner.

However, Sudarshana Saree and Fashion shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return or exchange:

- Products used after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Customized or specially procured products.
